Honda Civic Coupe 2010

Born on track. Raised on road. Engineering once reserved for the world of competitive racing comes to life in the Civic Coupe. Combine the spirited manual or automatic transmission with the compact, 1.8-litre, 16-valve, SOHC, i-VTEC engine and you get 140 horsepower of pure excitement. What's more, the Civic Coupe gets high marks environmentally as an Ultra-Low-Emission Vehicle with a Tier 2 Bin 5 rating. And as you explore the quick-shifting, 5-speed manual transmission and feel the firm handling of the reactive-link double-wishbone rear suspension, you'll agree it's really, really good to be green.

When it comes to striking exterior design, the Civic Coupe speaks volumes. At first glance, with its fluid, aerodynamic profile and rounded, clean-raked lines, the Civic appears to rise from the pavement to reveal its sleek shape. Plus, the available 16-inch, aluminum-alloy wheels, short fender overhangs, stylish front and aggressive grille reinforce the Civic's wide stance and sporty appearance.

As for the Civic Coupe Si, two letters have never stood for so much. From the groundhugging stance and pure DOHC, i-VTEC power to the exhilarating control of its sport-tuned suspension system, the Civic Coupe Si is a coupe with character. The 197 horsepower, 139 lb.-ft. of torque and an 8000 rpm redline are all harnessed by a quick-shifting, close-ratio 6-speed manual transmission and a race-inspired, helical limited-slip differential. Plus, with beefy stabilizer bars, razor-sharp steering and newly added Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA) with Traction Control, you've got everything you need to conquer some serious corners.

One look at the Si's raked, aerodynamic lines, and you can't help but think fast. Large, street-smart, 17-inch, aluminum-alloy wheels with performance all-season tires tighten your grip on the road. A rear wing spoiler with integrated LED brakelight reduces lift. A unique headlight treatment and oval chrome exhaust add those high-performance finishing touches. And to further highlight its street appeal, the Si comes with integrated fog lights and its own unique badging.

In both the Civic Coupe and the Si, every interior detail reflects Honda's attention to comfort, control and convenience. A digital instrument panel enables effortless reads of your vital driving statistics. Ergonomically designed, bolstered seats and a tilt and telescoping steering column allow you to find the perfect driving position. And there's an available 60/40 split fold-down rear seatback for extra room when you need it.
